Shipping Policy

We offer a variety of shipping options tailored to meet your needs. Delivery times will be communicated at checkout and may vary depending on the product and shipping destination. Our primary carriers include DHL, USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other local providers, ensuring flexibility and reliability for your order.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Processing time may vary during peak seasons or due to high order volumes. Orders placed after 2 PM EST on Fridays or over the weekend will be processed on the following business day.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the shipping method chosen. We offer free standard shipping on orders over R500 within the country.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier’s website.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to addresses within South Africa. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our customer service team.

7. Lost or Damaged Items
